Overview
An offline-first, multi-tenant SaaS that digitizes the full operation of a tutoring business — students, classes, attendance, invoicing, a question bank, and live in-classroom digital exams delivered to students' phones over local Wi-Fi. Tutors run a cross-platform app, parents track progress on the web, and the owner runs the business from an admin console — fully bilingual Arabic/English.

The tutor's device becomes an exam host students join from their phones over local Wi-Fi — no internet — with live controls and anti-cheat (question shuffling, IP-bound sessions, tab-switch detection, watermarking).
Offline-first with dual sync
Everything works with no network; a change-tracking engine reconciles to the cloud and peer-to-peer across devices on a staggered cadence.
Multi-tenant isolation
Every record is tenant-scoped and enforced by row-level security from the token; the privileged key never ships on the device.
Subscription & plan gating
Tiered plans with free trials are enforced twice — client and server — so limits can't be bypassed.
Parent engagement
A real-time parent portal with web push, plus an automated WhatsApp pipeline with deduplication, queueing and scheduled daily summaries.
Owner business console
Tenant management, an inline plan editor, and MRR / churn / revenue analytics, with a content-managed marketing site.
