Team — Devolva

The team

The people behind the work

A senior, accountable team — strategy, engineering, analysis and quality under one roof.

Leadership

Dina Shahin

Dina leads Devolva on a single conviction: enterprises deserve transformation partners who deliver in production, not in presentations. A technology and digital-transformation executive with over eighteen years across enterprise architecture, strategic consulting, software engineering and program management, she pairs deep technical expertise with executive leadership. Before Devolva she spent nearly a decade modernizing enterprise systems and ERP within one of Egypt's largest government-affiliated economic entities, then led strategic transformation programs across Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia — and global initiatives reaching the United States, Canada, Europe and India. She has built high-performing teams and PMO functions and advised executive leadership on digital strategy, AI adoption and governance. As she puts it, “We don't digitize for the sake of it. We architect enterprises that think, adapt, and lead — because that's what the future demands.” She holds an MBA with distinction and is pursuing a PhD in Strategic Management and Leadership alongside a DBA.

Chief Digital Transformation Officer

Heba Hamdy

Heba is a digital-transformation and automation leader with over twenty years across technology and business — and a rare ability to turn emerging technologies into measurable impact. A certified Microsoft Dynamics, Copilot and Power Platform consultant, and a certified project leader (PMP, Agile and PRINCE2), she has delivered enterprise-scale and mega programs across the USA, the MEA region and the UK, pairing strong governance with operational excellence. As a tech lead she aligns cross-functional teams around business outcomes, and she advises senior government leaders on digital strategy, intelligent automation, AI adoption and data-driven decision-making. Her conviction is simple: transformation succeeds where technology and leadership meet — building institutions that are agile, resilient and digitally empowered.

Project Manager

Mahmod Kharash

Mahmod owns delivery end to end — planning, coordination, timelines and risk — and keeps every line of communication clear between the team and its stakeholders. He brings a steady hand to complex programs, so that complexity stays organized and momentum stays honest. For him, the best project management is quiet by design: things arrive on time, and as promised.

Engineering

Mahmod Makhloof

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Mahmod is a senior full-stack engineer who architects products end to end — across web, native Flutter apps and NestJS/Node backends — with a clear sense of the whole experience. His work spans the Ajza multi-marketplace, the MONTRA B2B platform, the Qooty AI vision platform, the cloud-backed, offline-first Mudarris SaaS, and premium sites including Skillery, City Hub and Stravo. He works best where ambitious ideas meet production reality, attending to the details so the result simply feels effortless.

Mahmod Elsherif

Full-Stack Engineer

Mahmod is a backend and Node.js specialist who builds APIs the way they should be built: scalable, dependable, and unshaken under load. His production work spans the Domain Discovery monitoring SaaS and the Munjiz freelance marketplace, where reliability is engineered in rather than hoped for. He cares as much about the people who depend on a system as he does about the code beneath it.

Mohammed Elkholy

Front-End & UI/UX Engineer

Mohammed works across design and engineering — shaping user experiences and interfaces, then building them in code. He maps how people move through a product, designs each screen with intent, and carries every detail, down to the last pixel, into a responsive frontend that keeps its composure on any device. Whether a layout reads right to left in Arabic or left to right in English, he wants it to feel equally intuitive — and equally considered.

Abdelrahman Ibrahem

Software Developer

Abdelrahman brings a builder's passion to every feature he ships — a drive to learn quickly and to turn ideas into real, working solutions. He pairs clean, careful engineering with genuine curiosity, and he is at his best when a problem is still taking shape. For him, the work is measured by the impact it makes.

Mariam Ahmed

Software Developer

Mariam is a software developer who brings focus, care and steady energy to the products she helps build. She values clear code and thoughtful details, and she approaches each task as a chance to grow — for herself and for the team around her. Her aim is simple: software that works well and feels right to the people who use it.

Business analysis

Mazen

Business Analyst

Mazen specializes in requirements analysis and process mapping, translating business goals into precise, dependable product specifications. He listens closely, asks the right questions, and brings clarity to ambiguity before it can harden into complexity. The result is work the whole team can build on with confidence.

Asma

Business Analyst

Asma leads requirements gathering and analysis, keeping every solution firmly aligned with the business objectives behind it. She has a gift for hearing what stakeholders truly need — not only what they first ask for — and shaping it into something the team can deliver. Her care builds foundations that hold steady long after launch.

Mahmod Refaey

Business Analyst

Mahmod connects a client's world with the team that builds for it, leading workshops that turn conversation into shared understanding. He writes user stories and acceptance criteria in language both sides recognize, keeping scope clear and every decision on record. In his hands, what is agreed in the room is exactly what reaches the build, and nothing is quietly lost along the way.

Abdelrahman Eissa

Business Analyst

Abdelrahman studies how an organization works today before anyone decides what it should become, examining each workflow to see where time, effort and information are lost. From that picture he works with the team to shape solution options, then helps clients weigh them so the most valuable work comes first. He believes good solutions begin with an honest view of the present, and he brings that patience to every engagement.

Quality

Hanan

QA Engineer

Hanan designs and runs the tests that let every release ship with confidence — reliable, polished and production-ready. She has a sharp eye for the edge cases others miss, treating quality as a discipline rather than a checkbox. She is the quiet guarantee behind each confident launch our clients enjoy.

Nessma Mohamed

QC Tester

Nessma verifies each new build against the requirements set for it, with test cases that trace every expectation back to its source. When something falls short, she logs it as a reproducible defect, described in enough detail that the fix can begin at once. Ahead of any release, she runs a full regression pass, so that what worked yesterday still works today.

Noha Mohamed

Software Tester

Noha approaches each feature as the people using it would, walking every flow from their side of the screen. Through exploratory and functional testing, she looks past whether something simply passes to whether it makes sense, behaves consistently and is easy to use. She speaks for the user long before launch, so that what finally goes live feels as natural as it was meant to.
