Dina Shahin

Dina founded Devolva on a single conviction: enterprises deserve transformation partners who deliver in production, not in presentations. A technology and digital-transformation executive with over eighteen years across enterprise architecture, strategic consulting, software engineering and program management, she pairs deep technical expertise with executive leadership. Before Devolva she spent nearly a decade modernizing enterprise systems and ERP within one of Egypt's largest government-affiliated economic entities, then led strategic transformation programs across Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia — and global initiatives reaching the United States, Canada, Europe and India. She has built high-performing teams and PMO functions and advised executive leadership on digital strategy, AI adoption and governance. As she puts it, “We don't digitize for the sake of it. We architect enterprises that think, adapt, and lead — because that's what the future demands.” She holds an MBA with distinction and is pursuing a PhD in Strategic Management and Leadership alongside a DBA.
